Ottawa Trip: May 18 & 19. 2006

I ventured to Ottawa this May; my first time in the nation's capital! I took in a course for work "Airway Management in Spinal Cord Injury and Neuromuscular Disease", did a little sightseeing, and of course some shopping. Even through the clouds, fog, and drizzle I thought it was a beautiful city. I explored Ottawa and Gatineau via a double-decker tour bus, browsed the Byward Market, toured the parliament, and took the bus all the way to Ikea. I have to say that my favorite store had to be Banana Republic Pettites, pants that actually fit me!
